From our famous sweet cream caramel apples to our mouthwatering melt-away chocolate truffles, we have something for everyones sweet tooth.

Caramel Apples

Our famous sweet cream caramel apples have been a staple at the Washington State Fair since we first began in 1930. We have made minor tweaks to the original formula over the years so that each generation of candy makers has their own touch on our classic formula.

Our menu has remained pretty much the same over the years with a few additions that have quickly become favorites. The original caramel apple continues to be a favorite, while the caramel apple rolled in chopped peanuts and the M&M apple continue to please. The newest additions to our caramel apple lineup are the Reese's Pieces, Double Dip, and the Apple Pie caramel apple's. 

We often try new and fun flavors like the Bacon Apple (caramel apple rolled in bacon bits) and the Hot Apple (Cayenne Pepper & Sugar blend).

Chocolates

From melt-away truffles to chocolate mousse, we use our classic formulas that we've perfected over generations to bring you the highest quality handmade chocolates. We make a classic melt-away truffle in a wide variety of flavors, mint being a customer favorite. Our chocolate mousse is incredibly creamy and is a sought after treat within our family.  

Everything is better dipped in chocolate! The simple things in life like our classic caramel enrobed in dark or milk chocolate is a nice new spin on our classic product.

Everything else

Caramel corn, peanut brittle, whipped creme eggs/bars, chocolate dipped strawberries etc. We are currently able to provide Caramel Apple orders if they are around the same time as the Washington State Spring and Fall fairs.
